You asked for it and SM2 delivered! Do you use different servers for your development and live site location? Or changed your hosting and now your SM2 Email Marketing extension does not work?

Then this is good news for you! We have changed our licensing system so that you can update your licence details at any time and as many times as required!

How do I change my license?

Please log into the store http://sm2extensions.com/store and you will be able to view and then edit your licence details.

You will need to know the new domain and IP information that you want to use. It is recommended that when using Joomla! 1.0 you set the domain to the same value as the Joomla! Global Configuration > Server > Live site to avoid any session issues.

If your licence is new and has not yet been assigned it will display the host and IP as "Any". In this case you should not edit the licence but instead you should enter your licence key into SM2 Email Marketing and it will set the correct values for you.
Leaving a value of ANY will break your licence and it will not work.

Help! I do not know my IP

If you do not know your domain or IP address information you should contact your hosting provider and ask them for this information.

It is still not working...

If after updating your licence details in the store you receive a message such as "Host name does not match Key file" or "Licence Disabled" try deleting the following file.
administrator/components/com_sm2emailmarketing/key.php

It is not advised to remove the key.php file unless you have just updated your licence details in the SM2 Extensions Store, as this may break your licence.

Points to remember

• SM2 Extensions licences, unless otherwise stated, are for a single installation on a single Domain and IP address.
• SM2 Extensions reserve the right to limit the number of times you can edit your Licence.
  
• SM2 Extensions may disable your licence at our discretion in situations such as but not limited to excessive Licence edits or transferring to another Domain without permission.
