The site contains
detailed articles provide on Joomla! installation and
configuration, addon installation, configuration and ratings. The site
also provides Joomla! documentation, ranging from a newbie "getting
started" guide to core-hacking and performance/security tips.
Fortunately, I've come across a reliable, profesionally written and supported newsletter extension(component). It's called SM2 Email Marketing.
