Position Vacant: PHP developersSM2 are a passionate and talented team and we need skilled developers of all levels from juniors to technical leads to help build the latest online applications & CMS components. We are a small, quirky team and ideally you like Futurama & Family Guy to get half of our bad jokes.

Our company SM2, is an established Internet Business Solutions provider based in Fortitude Valley with a diverse range of clients across Australia and the world.

We are rapidly growing and we seek experienced and enthusiastic PHP programmers, of all levels from juniors to technical leads, with commercial experience to help us build online applications and CMS extensions using the latest open source technologies. Successful applicants will work with our designers and front-end developers to architect systems that make the lives of our clients all the more simple.

 

Experience with any and/or all of the following will be highly regarded:

 

  • PHP/MySQL
  • MVC knowledge
  • CodeIgniter
  • Joomla!
  • Linux servers
  • Version Control (SVN/CVS)
  • API integration

Before You Apply

Before you apply please ensure you meet this criteria:

  • Are available to work full time and in our offices. The position is for full time staff in our Brisbane office.
  • OR are available to work a minimum contract of 6 months in our offices. The position is for contract staff in our Brisbane office.
  • You must have the right to work legally in Australia.
  • We do not sponsor staff to move to Australia.
  • Are currently located and reside in Australia.
  • Show an appreciation of Futurama and Family Guy and Friday Beer O'Clock.
