These forums are available so that members of the community can talk about their experiences using SM2 products. It was not implemented to be a support forum.
We prefer that all support requests be logged in our helpdesk as that we can track them in one central place. This allows us to answer your support requests as quickly as possible.
Before posting a support ticket we ask that you look in our Knowledgebase to see if there is a solution already there for any issues you are having.
Where possible provide as much information as you can about the problem. If you are experiencing a bug or something is not working the way you expect then provide as much details as you can to assist us in helping you. To that end we prefer you post your support ticket in the SM2 Extensions section of the helpdesk as that contains fields for you to enter information about your setup.
If after the support ticket has been resolved you wish to share your experience so that others can benefit from the solution found then please feel free to post about it here in the forums.
