Re:500 internal server error - 2008/09/01 19:33 There has been some known issues with 3rd party SEF extensions. They are not designed to be able to generate SEF links correctly from the admin interface. As a result they sometimes cause strange errors to appear.

This may be the issue in this case.

The latest versions of SM2 Email Marketing have a flag in the Config that allows turning off for SM2 Email Marketing.
The fault lies with the SEF components however and you should encourage your SEF provider to fix the issue if turning off SEF in SM2 Email Marketing fixes the issue for you.
