Name not in Database - 2006/12/12 15:35
I have just installed the lite version to test. I find that I can subscribe to a list, and a confirmation request is sent out. However, responding to the confirmation email gives an error
"Sorry, we couldn't find your email address in our database"
The user is, however, an existing registered user (who registered prior to the SM2 installation).
Please advise on how to overcome this problem.
